1.    Federal Patent and Registered Name of Celestial Church Of Christ and the Logo (Rainbow).

2.    Letter from American Diocese advising of already Patent and Registered Name of Celestial Church Of Christ and the Logo (Rainbow).

3.    Letter from USA Diocese (Diocese of United State Of America) aying that all the Parishes under their jurisdiction should not accommodate or allow anybody from other faction to their Parishes or function.

COMMENTS

In late September 2008, Pastor Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa met with their caucus wanting to get the Church Name and Logo Patent and Trademark at that meeting it was mentioned that after receiving the Certificate of Registration they will prevent other factions from using the name Celestial Church of Christ etc.

Unfortunately when the information leaked out to the American Diocese that is Pastor Maforikan faction, they sent a letter out to all Parishes stating that the name and Logo of the Church has already been registered in 2005, but never had the mind to use it against any faction.  Furtherance to the letter, hands of fellowship was extended to them that is Pastor Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa faction to be a partaker of a Federal Government registered entity of 501C (3) as a body of Non-Profit Organization in order to receive financial and material help from the Government.

To our dismayed a replied letter written by the USA Diocese (Diocese of United State Of America) that is Pastor Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa faction signed by Superior Evangelist Joseph Olorunnishola and Sup. Evangelist Jacob Popoola saying that all the Parishes under their jurisdiction should not accommodate or allow anybody from other faction to their Parishes or function.

Therefore where are we going in this last ship of salvation, if some are striving to promote unity and some are pulling it down because they never want to let go their arrogated position in which will lead them to no where. Whether you like it or not this great Church will be one and all the enemies of progress will be put to shame because Jehovah the owner of this Church will surely restructure this fold and put it in the rightful place.

The attached is the two interchange letter between the factions all you need do is to draw your conclusion to really know who is for unity and who is the enemy of unity? Food for thought!!!!!!!!!!!
